Shipping & Returns


Standard Shipping $7.95 (USA): Please allow 1-3 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and received within 3-7 business days. The US Postal Service will make the final delivery for our standard shipping option. There could potentially be additional delays due to holiday, weather, and Postal Service exceptions out of our control

2nd Day Shipping $18 (USA): Items placed before 4pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to holiday, weather, and Postal Service exceptions out of our control.

Next Day Shipping $35 (USA): Items placed before 4pm EST will ship out the same business day they are placed and you will receive them the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to holiday, weather, and Postal Service exceptions out of our control.

International shipping fees will vary. Duty and tax fees are paid by the customer when the package arrives. 

Returns: Online orders may be returned to the store for priority processing. The items you wish to return must be placed in the original box with the receipt and dropped off at the store during business hours. Store credit will be available for use the same day if package is received by 4PM EST. PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF RETURNS OUTSIDE OF OUR HOURS OF OPERATION. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

RETURN POLICY  

  • ALL sale items are FINAL SALE! No returns, in store credit, or exchanges!
  • Returns are made for STORE CREDIT ONLY!  Once your return is processed at our store, you will receive ONLINE store credit.  If you return your online order to one of our boutique locations, you may request for an in-store gift card.  Credits are non-transferable.
  • All coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE. Returns will not be processed for online or in-store credit.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit and items will be sent back for a $15 return fee.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside a protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will result in the shoes being ineligible for return. 
  • All returns must be sent back to our boutique within 20 days of the date received. If returned after 20 days or does not fit the return guidelines, the item will be sent back to you with a $15 fee and no credit given.

1. Please review our Return Policy above to be sure you meet all the return requirements. Returns that do not meet the return requirements will not be accepted and additional postage of $10 will have to be paid to have them returned to you.
2. Place in a shipping safe package and INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT/packing slip.
